Mysterious oil leak from ND 1.5L GT

Hi,

I’ve had my 2017 ND 1.5L GT since it was new. There’s an oil stain under where the car is parked in my carport under where the engine is that’s been getting bigger and darker over the last 6 months to 2 years. I went to Mazda who couldn’t find the leak and another mechanic today can’t find an oil leak either.

Has anybody got any ideas?
